Our goal is to provide quality care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact Continuum as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please visit our online booking to cancel or reschedule. If necessary you may call the clinic, & leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient the full cost of their appointment as a missed appointment fee.
We understand that emergencies do arise. Please contact us if something has come up as soon as possible.
- If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. Please visit our online booking page to do so, or contact us with any questions.
- Invoices are emailed after your appointment. If a paper copy is required, please request one at the time of payment.
- Direct billing to insurance companies is not available. All the information required to submit a claim on your own is on the invoice provided after your appointment.
